Booking & Confirmation

How does the booking process work?

You select your dates and apartment and submit a booking request.

After receiving your request, we carefully check availability and contact the apartment owner to confirm the booking details. This additional verification helps us ensure accuracy and avoid overbookings.

To secure your booking request, your payment details may be temporarily authorized.
No final charge is made at this stage.

Once the apartment is confirmed (usually within 24 hours), the payment is captured and your reservation is completed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate. The applicable policy is clearly displayed on the apartment page, before booking, and included in your confirmation email.

Check-in, Stay & Contact

How does check-in work?

Check-in details, including key handover or access codes, will be provided before arrival.
Once your booking is paid, you will receive a voucher containing all necessary check-in information. The exact process may vary depending on the apartment.

For general questions or booking-related matters, please contact us directly.
For urgent apartment-related issues, you may either contact the property owner or reach out to us — we will assist you promptly.

Damage, Liability & Lost Keys

What happens if damage occurs in the apartment?

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. In case of damage, please inform us immediately so the issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Lost keys must be reported immediately. Replacement costs may apply, especially if special security systems or locks are involved.

Yes. Any damages or missing items will be assessed after check-out and charged according to the actual costs incurred.

Apartments & Amenities

Are the apartments fully furnished?

Yes. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped for short-term stays.

Wi-Fi is available in many apartments, but not in all of them.
Please check the apartment description, where the available amenities — including internet access — are clearly listed.

Yes. In Germany, downloading or sharing copyrighted content without permission (for example via torrent platforms or similar services) is illegal and strictly prosecuted under German copyright law (Urheberrecht).

Illegal downloads or uploads (movies, music, software, TV shows, etc.) may result in a formal legal notice (Abmahnung) and significant fines.
Such penalties can start at several hundred euros per violation and must be paid by the guest responsible for the infringement.

Any activities that violate copyright law are strictly prohibited. Guests are fully liable for any legal consequences arising from the misuse of the internet connection during their stay.
